I am alarmed after reading this latest Baptist World Aid report on ethical fashion companies. How is it possible that so many of our everyday fashion brands are rating so low in 2016?
I have worked within the corporate and manufacturing sector for many years in New Zealand. I am happy to say that I have experienced first hand the positive focus and pro-active action around corporate and sociable responsibility from many of New Zealands largest companies.
So, i CAN and will do my little bit and make different brand choices in future.
Note - this report included brands operating in Australia only. We do have a lot of very socially responsible local brands in NZ :-)
